Sandy Pineda

Sandy Pineda has served as legal counsel to one of the largest Bilingual churches in the U.S., and one of the largest ministries in the world, King Jesus International Ministry.

Since she was young, Sandy has had a heart to serve her community and those who were underprivileged. Sandy has worked for the federal government, non-profits, and law firms, where she served clients in civil litigation, mediations, and federal immigration matters.

When she had the opportunity to begin working with churches, she knew God was exponentially increasing her, as she now was able to support those very people who help their communities the most - pastors who were expanding the Kingdom of God on the earth.

With the support of her leadership, Sandy is now using her experience to help support pastors and ministries all over the world.

Lili Vilella

Lili Vilella brings over 22 years of experience in Human Resources, serving Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and churches across the U.S. and Caribbean. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University, she felt God’s call to bring her expertise to the local church, equipping leaders with practical solutions for healthier teams and stronger ministries.

Her career has included serving on executive teams for some of South Florida’s largest megachurches, as well as consulting pastors and ministries of all sizes. With a passion for cultivating people and organizations, she has helped increase engagement, strengthen leadership, and expand the reach of churches.

In addition to her leadership roles, Lili serves as the Executive Director of Legacy Ministries, a nonprofit equipping churches with HR support, and as the Founder of Tiaras Girls, a program dedicated to empowering young women and addressing teen suicide.

Today, she continues to use her experience and calling to help pastors and ministries thrive, supporting leaders as they move from unseen to fully equipped for their mission.

Grace Long

Grace Long is a trademark and nonprofit attorney. Her diverse legal experience spans both public service and private practice, giving her a well-rounded perspective on how to help clients navigate complex legal landscapes with clarity and confidence.

Grace focuses on trademark law, nonprofit law, and legal issues affecting churches and religious organizations. She works with clients to protect their intellectual property, establish and maintain tax-exempt status, and address governance and compliance matters with care and precision.

Growing up as a Pastor's kid herself, Grace has a deep love for the church and a firsthand understanding of the challenges ministries face. That personal experience shapes her thoughtful, mission-minded approach to legal counsel—especially when working with faith-based and nonprofit organizations.

In her trademark work, Grace advises businesses and entrepreneurs through every stage of brand protection, including clearance searches, registration, Office Action responses, and enforcement strategies.
